The Return Policy: By Law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garmets. Any garmet containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package or tags.

They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange.

Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that have been tried on, as they stretch out to conform to your shape.

Special orders, custom orders and special sale items cannot be returned. These items are non-refundable unless defective by manufacturer.

Before returning any intimate garments it must be approved by management and is subject to a restocking fee.

Shipments: Allow 1-2 weeks on business days, Holidays Allow:2-3 weeks for delivery.
